Blend of Chardonnay, Malvasia and Sauvignon. Grapes were dried for a month before the spontaneous fermentation. Deep orange color, with oily and slow legs. Subtle nose of dried apricots, orange zest, dried chamomile, almonds. What starts on the palate as seaweed, lemon – fresh and herbaceous, ends with a long aftertaste of eart, dried fruit, almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts and the tannin grip
